Marsa Al Saadiyat is a new coastal district on Saadiyat Island, launched by Aldar in July 2026 with a development value of AED 100 billion. It covers 6.4 million sqm along 8 km of shoreline and will become home to more than 58,000 residents.

At the heart of the district is a 177,000 sqm marina with 350 berths — the largest in Abu Dhabi — with a yacht club and a 1 km promenade of restaurants and shops along the water. Beaches run for 5.6 km. A waterfront wellness club adds a pool, cabanas, fitness and dining by the sea.

Saadiyat Island is the cultural center of Abu Dhabi. Louvre Abu Dhabi stands within walking distance of the district; Zayed National Museum, Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi, teamLab Phenomena and the future Guggenheim Abu Dhabi are a few minutes away by car.
